What is useful to include
- Which tool you used, and the page address if you have it.
- What you expected and what actually happened.
- Your browser and device, if the problem looks like a rendering or speed issue.
- For a changed requirement: the portal or exam name, and a link to the notification if one exists.
What cannot be helped with
This site cannot intervene in an application, recover a lost submission, or advise on whether a particular document will be accepted by a particular authority. Those questions belong to the examining body.
Please do not email photographs, signatures or identity documents. There is no need, and it is safer for you not to.
