Document tools · India

Hit the exact size your form demands.

Government and exam portals reject uploads that miss their size limit by a single kilobyte. These tools resize a photo, signature or document to precisely that ceiling, inside your browser, with no upload and no signup.

Nothing is uploaded. Free, no signup, no app.

Photographs

Reduce a photograph to the exact KB limit a portal demands, or to an exact pixel size.

Signatures

Bring a scanned signature within its much tighter allowance.

Documents

Bring PDFs and other documents under a stated size ceiling.

A bit of fun

Shareable results you can send to someone. Nothing is stored, and nothing is predicted.

Private

Every tool on this site runs inside your browser. Your photo, signature or document is never uploaded anywhere.

Guides

Reference tables and troubleshooting for the things that actually go wrong when a form refuses a file.

Before you upload anywhere

Two habits prevent most rejections.

Read the current notification for the exam or scheme rather than trusting a summary. Limits and pixel rules are restated every cycle and they do change, sometimes without any announcement.

Then check the finished file against the rule that actually applies to you: size, pixel dimensions, format, and the content of the image itself. A correctly sized photo with a busy background is still a rejected photo.

Why these tools are not on a server

Because there is no reason for them to be.

A browser can resize an image perfectly well on its own. Sending an identity document to an unknown server to have arithmetic performed on it creates a privacy problem and a security problem for no benefit.

So nothing here is uploaded. You can verify it by loading any tool page, disconnecting from the internet, and using it. It will work exactly the same.
